Food-and-wine tourism To visit Umbrien and in particular Stroncone means have the possibility of enjoying of genuine and expensive tastes that are rarely elsewhere today. The cooking of Stroncone is full of tastes and dishes of the most genuine gastronomic tradition of Umbrien and it's very fond of the local ingredients like truffel, cheese, legumes (like chicklings, legume midway between broad beans and nuts), nuts and oil with its expensive and special taste.
